1. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Every two weeks starting 10/5/09, a new Febreze video will be available for viewing on www.febrezegameday.com. There will be a total of 6 videos released during the promotion period which begins on 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/5/09 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/27/09. (See video release dates in Rule 3B.) Each time you visit www.febrezegameday.com and view a video, you will receive one entry into the Grand and First Prize Random Drawing. Visitors will have the opportunity to instantly win a prize in the Instant Win Game. (See Rule #3 for details.)

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of 50 United States (except Maine) or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies, the NFL Entities (as defined below) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Maine and where prohibited by law.

3. TWO WAYS TO WIN: During the Promotion Period, visit www.febrezegameday.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions to register for a chance to instantly win a prize, view a video and receive an entry into the Random Drawing.

• A) INSTANT WIN GAME: After you register (or log in after you register), you will be directed to a page containing an Official Game Message. If the Official Game Message includes the words “Congratulations Instant Winner,” you are an instant winner of the prize specified, subject to verification and eligibility. If the Official Game Message states, “Sorry You are not an Instant Winner” or indicates any other non-winning message, or a blank screen appears, or you do not receive a message, you are not eligible to claim an instant win prize. Instant winners will be determined through random computer generation methodology. Odds of winning an instant win prize will depend upon the date and time of your play. Instant winners will be notified by mail. Limit one instant win play per email address per day. Instant win prizes will be delivered approximately 6- 8 weeks from the date the winning Official Game Message was received. Limit 1 Instant Win First Prize per person; limit 1 Instant Win Prize per household per day. If more than one Instant Win Prize message is received per household per day, only the prize for the first winning message received for that day will be awarded (subject to verification of eligibility). Each time you play the Game, you are automatically entered into the Second Chance Drawing to award unclaimed Instant Win First Prizes. (See Rule #5 for details.)

• B) RANDOM DRAWING: After you’ve played the instant win game on www.febrezegameday.com, you will have the opportunity to watch a 15 — 30 second Febreze video. Every two weeks, there will be a new video released for viewing (total 6 videos during the Promotion Period). Video release dates are as follows: 10/5, 10/19, 11/2, 11/16, 11/30, 12/14. When you watch a video in its entirety, you will automatically receive one entry into the Random Drawing; you will not receive an entry into the Random Drawing if you only watch a portion of a video. Each day you visit www.febrezegameday.com, you will be able to view all videos released as of that day to receive entries into the Random Drawing. You can watch a video more than once per day, but will ONLY receive ONE entry into the Random Drawing the first time you completely watch that video on that day. Limit one entry per video per day per email address. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry will be eligible. The first time you watch a new video, you will see the progress tracker move (i.e., the Febreze bottle will move down the football field).

TO ENTER THE RANDOM DRAWING WITHOUT WATCHING VIDEO(S): On a plain piece of 3”x5” paper, hand print your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), e-mail address (optional) plus daytime and evening telephone numbers including area code. Mail your entry in an envelope no larger than #10 (business-size envelope) with sufficient postage affixed, to: Febreze Random Drawing Entries, P.O. Box 5766, Blair, NE 68009-5766. Limit one entry per outer-mailing envelope. Entries must be received by 12/28/09. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 12/29/09 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning a Random Drawing Grand or First Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone/email and/or overnight delivery. Limit 1 Random Drawing prize per household.

5. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: Unawarded Instant Win First Prizes will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing to be conducted by D. L. Blair, Inc. on or about 1/14/10 from among all entries received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/27/09. Odds of winning via the Second Chance Drawing depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the number of unawarded Instant Win First Prizes available. Unclaimed Instant Win Second and Third Prizes will not be awarded. Second Chance winners will be notified by mail.

6. 7. GENERAL RULES: Potential Random Drawing Grand and First Prize winners, and potential Instant Win First Prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 5 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. In the event a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the “authorized e-mail account holder.” “Authorized e-mail account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. In the event of a production or other error, neither Sponsor nor its respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. If for any reason, including but not limited to an administrative, printing, production, computer or other error or due to technical difficulties or incorrect announcements of any kind, more winning official game messages are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to these Official Rules, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. (In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes.) In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.
