1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 am (ET) on 1/8/10, visit www.febrezegameday.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form and submit an entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm (ET) on 2/10/10. Limit one entry per email address per duration of the promotion. If more than one entry is received per person per duration of the promotion, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States (except the state of Maine) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of the NFL Entities (as defined below), Procter & Gamble, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Maine and where prohibited by law.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: A random drawing will be conducted on or about 2/12/10 from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone/mail.

4. PRIZE: (1) Grand Prize - A 3-day/2-night trip for four to Super Bowl XLV in North Texas ("The Event"). Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner's home, hotel accommodations (1 room/quad occupancy), admission for four to the Event and $100 spending cash for the winner; (Approximate Retail Value: $9,300). Winner and guests are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. The actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner's point of departure/return. Winner and guests must travel on same itinerary. In the event The Event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof, but the remainder of the trip will be awarded. Other restrictions may apply. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize consists of only the items specifically listed as part of the Grand Prize.

5. GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected without further notice. Traveling companions (or parent/legal guardian if traveling companion is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) must also complete and return a Release of Liability within ten (10) days of winner's attempted notification. If winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, winner's parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany winner on trip and will count as one of the winner's guests. If a minor is selected as a traveling companion, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who will count as one of the winner's guests. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travelers must agree to depart and return on dates specified by the Sponsor; dates of departure and return are subject to change. No substitution or transfer of any prize by any winner permitted except by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value in its sole and absolute discretion. All applicable taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting prize, winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners' list, unless prohibited by law. Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the NFL Entities (as defined below), Sponsor, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability and damages. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

6. WINNERS: To receive a list with the name of the Grand Prize winner, <click here> or send an email to winners.list.request@dlblairsweeps.com with "WINNERS 8392" as the subject line. Requests must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 2/10/10. Winners list will be sent after winner has been verified.
